An exciting opportunity has become available to join the team as the Senior Human Resources Manager based in Sydney, Australia!
Reporting to the Human Resources, Communications and Sustainability & Responsibility Director, the Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and providing HR generalist support to the Australian & New Zealand Commercial team along with the global Corporate functions which are primarily based across the Pacific. In addition, the position sits on the HR leadership team contributing to the development of the global Pernod Ricard Winemakers people strategy and ensuring the successful execution of this strategy within the Pacific.
The Human Resources function has been designed with in line with a business partnering / centres of excellence model whereby the CoE roles develop the frameworks and initiatives for the business partnering team to execute within their designated customer groups. Collaboration with colleagues is a key enabler to success as is the ability to engage customer groups on the strategy and key people initiatives.
To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate or bring:
- A tertiary qualification in HR or related relevant discipline
- Significant HR business partnering experience at a senior level
- Strong change management experience
- Demonstrate engaging and emotionally intelligent interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of contemporary HR practices and relevant legislation
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
