As State Trade Activation Manager with Campari Australia, you will be responsible for the execution of below-the-line activations across Queensland and the Northern Territory’s on and off premise channels for all our National and State customers. About the role - Core responsibilities With a busy year planned for consumer and shopper activations in Queensland and Northern Territory, you will be joining a team that are passionate about delivering best in class activations, who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done, together. All whilst having some fun! As the State Trade Activation Manager, you will partner with the Field Sales Manager and broader Field Sales team to ensure compliance of our activation calendar objectives, budget administration, selected state-based procurement where required, as well as spending time out in trade bumping in and out in-store activations. As a key partner to the Field Sales Manager and broader Field team you will also lead and support content creation for below-the-line activity and assist in presenting brand, channel and customer activation plans. Your expertise and market insight will also help deliver channel strategy for joint up business planning activities and other key customer meetings. About you - Attributes of our desired candidate • You will have a proven track record of working in Brand Management or Channel Activation with demonstrated experience in managing expense budgets, procurement and both Agency and Customer relationships for at least three years, preferably in the Liquor industry or other FMCG organisations’; • You will have a bachelor’s Degree, or similar with a relevant subject focus in Business; • You thrive with strong teamwork and can work within cross-functional teams from a remote location; • You love collaborating in and managing cross functional projects and have exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence even the most tenacious opinions; • You have the utmost most attention to detail and can work well under high pressure or heavy workloads to prioritise different projects; and • You have a creative flair that stems from a passion and excitement to our activations that will foster brand love for our portfolio; If this sounds like you, we invite you to discover your passion with Campari Australia.
