About the event
You’re invited to our first Network Breakfast of 2026 with guest speaker Anubha Sahasrabuddhe. Appointed as Lion CEO in October 2025, Anubha brings 25+ years of experience to the role, to lead Lion through a period of tremendous transformation.
“Real transformation is about modifying core beliefs and behaviours often in profound and confronting ways in order to achieve desired results.”
As consumer expectations evolve and technology both disrupts and reshapes our industry and organisation, Lion is on a once-in-a-generation transformation in redefining how they create value for the long term as a force for growth and a force for good.
In her keynote, Anubha Sahasrabuddhe will address how Lion is building a winning organisation by putting the consumer at the heart of every decision, developing leaders who are adaptive thinkers, and building a culture of performance and belonging where technology is leveraged as a source of competitive advantage.
