Recognising that a diverse and inclusive culture drives greater employee loyalty, better decision-making and higher levels of innovation, the drinks industry is passionate about supporting members on their journey of culture development. The purpose of the Embrace Difference Council is to establish the drinks industry as a destination of choice by facilitating awareness, challenging perceptions and building practices that attract, develop and retain diverse industry talent.
Led by the Embrace Difference Chair - Sandra Gibbs - Asahi, the Council aims to educate, inspire and support member companies foster inclusive and diverse practices, with priority focus areas championed through two platforms of:
