The Embrace Difference Council’s Pride in Drinks Workstream focuses on raising awareness of the challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and allies.
Led by Jamila Diamonon, National Account Manager On Premise at Diageo and Ruben Da Silva, Portfolio Manager at CCEP, the purpose of the Pride in Drinks Workstream is to drive awareness and change through:
- CONNECTIVITY – Celebrating the community whilst educating others and sharing best practices within the drinks industry and beyond.
- INCLUSIVITY – Representing and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community through an employee lens to increase visibility and collaboration within the drinks industry.
