About the event

Up to 20% of the population is neurodiverse.*
How does your workplace cater to this?

In this highly relevant and topical webinar, our panellists will share practical ways organisations can create more inclusive, supportive workplaces for neurodivergent employees.

They’ll unpack common myths, shift the focus to strengths and look at the whole employee journey – from recruitment and onboarding through to development, leadership and retention. They’ll also explore how life outside of work connects with what happens at work and why that matters.

You’ll walk away with clear, practical steps you can apply immediately to strengthen neuroinclusion in your workplace. This includes improving inclusive hiring practices, making meaningful day-to-day adjustments and building teams where people feel safe to contribute and speak up.
