Danny Celoni, CEO, Carlton & United Breweries (CUB)
We are delighted to announce that Danny Celoni, CEO of CUB, will be our guest speaker at the Drinks Association’s Network Breakfast on Wednesday, 26 June at 7:15am.
In February 2022, Danny was appointed CEO at CUB, where he has since made significant strides in accelerating growth, driving a multi-beverage portfolio strategy, transforming customer relationships and premiumising the company's portfolio. He has also focused on building robust partnerships with retail and on-premise partners and growing categories.
Under Danny’s leadership, both business divisions of Asahi Beverages, CUB and CUB Premium Beverages, have achieved remarkable success including being crowned joint winners of the highly coveted Supplier of the Year Award at the 2023 Australian Drinks Awards. CUB also clinched the Category Management Award for the second consecutive year, while CUB Premium Beverages was the proud recipient of the Supply Chain Management Award.
Prior to joining CUB, Danny was a highly accomplished beverages and snacks industry professional who began his career with Diageo in 1996. Over 17 years he held regional Asia Pacific responsibilities working in China, India and South East Asia. He also served as the CEO of PepsiCo’s Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific business, running both the snacks and beverage divisions for five years.
