The Drinks Association has recently launched two new data solutions – Price Intel & Ad Intel+, which will replace the existing Retail and Brand AdWatch platform.
The existing platforms will be turned off on Friday, 8 December and from this point users will need to access both promoted price and advertising insights through the Price Intel & Ad Intel+ platforms.
Nielsen conducts group online training for Price Intel on the first Wednesday of each month and Ad Intel+ on the second Wednesday of each month from 3-4 pm, please contact Kylie Le Lievre to book any of the following sessions:
- Price Intel: Wednesday, 6 December
- Ad Intel+: Wednesday, 13 December

The new Price Intel platform tracks promoted price points that will empower you to make informed pricing decisions, while Ad Intel+ tracks above-the-line advertising data to maximise the effectiveness of your advertising efforts, all while maintaining access to rich, historical data.
Ad Intel+ is a competitive advertising platform designed to provide the ability to search, view and analyse all above-the-line creative of alcoholic brands’ media spend and creative messaging across TV, magazines, newspapers, radio, outdoor, general display, and social media. It includes all available media spend, spots, and creatives. The platform offers clients more comprehensive media spend, including the addition of regional television, out-of-home, and cinema spend.
