This International Women’s Day, Linfox BevChain is proud to spotlight graduates from The Linfox Warehouse Academy, which provides hands-on training experience within a real work environment to equip participants with essential warehousing skills and expertise.
Bringing their high energy and adaptability from the field, Penrith Panthers academy members who aspire to play in the elite National Women's Rugby League (NRLW) competition have proven to be perfectly suited to the fast-paced work of logistics.
The players graduated from The Linfox Warehouse Academy at BevChain Kemps Creek, taking part in the first all-female graduation ceremony.

The Linfox Warehouse Academy delivers value on both sides - empowering participants to grow and develop new skills, while giving Linfox a unique opportunity to uncover emerging talent and gain deeper insight into those who thrive in a logistics environment.
For many participants, this is their first experience in a professional environment. Through the Academy, Linfox nurtures and accelerates their development quickly.
“We’ve been intentional about creating a safe, supportive space for team members to grow, conscious that many have had no prior industry experience,” said Sean.
“What’s most rewarding is seeing our workforce reflect the communities we operate in. Our connection with the local rugby league community goes beyond the workplace, with our leaders attending and supporting their games. We are growing something really special here at BevChain Kemps Creek, and we are excited to continue growing our talent through the academy.”
The celebration of Linfox’s first all-female cohort from the Academy reflects BevChain’s commitment to building capabilities and strength across operations while strengthening female representation and creating meaningful pathways for the graduates.
