The Australian Drinks Awards is the industry’s night of nights. On Thursday 17 July, the who’s who of the drinks industry will come together at the Hilton Sydney to celebrate excellence, connection and leadership across the sector.
Now in its 13th year, the Australian Drinks Awards is a reflection of the evolving landscape of liquor in Australia. Hosted this year by Edwina Bartholomew, the event brings together suppliers, retailers and industry leaders to recognise the people, brands and initiatives that are shaping the future of drinks.
Honouring excellence across the industry
More than 30 awards will be presented on the night, recognising the innovation and impact that drive our industry forward. From standout brand campaigns to cutting-edge product launches and meaningful contributions to inclusion and sustainability, each award category reflects the energy, collaboration and vision at the heart of our industry.
Across the different categories – from Brand to Contribution to Industry to Supplier awards – it’s an opportunity for us to celebrate the full spectrum of what makes our industry thrive.
Evolving with the industry
A key part of the Australian Drinks Awards’ success is its ability to evolve alongside the industry. In 2024, the Contribution to Industry awards were refreshed to better align with the sector’s future direction, acknowledging leadership in sustainability, wellbeing and inclusion.
In 2025, it’s the Brand awards that have received a major refresh, now reflecting shifting consumer expectations and the importance of reputation, authenticity and creativity in a competitive marketplace.
Celebrating shared values
In an industry as dynamic and diverse as ours, recognition matters. The Australian Drinks Awards provide a moment to pause and celebrate the efforts behind the scenes – the creativity, resilience and partnerships that bring great brands and ideas to life.
