Linfox has introduced AI technology that scans the warehouse daily at its BevChain Laverton site in Victoria.
Engineered by trusted partner, Dexory and the first of its kind in the Asia Pacific region, the solution begins with a fully autonomous robot that navigates warehouse aisles and captures physical stock data, including deep and hard-to-reach areas, validating it against system records in seconds with zero disruption.
With unmatched speed and precision, Dexory’s robot can scan up to 10,000 pallet locations per hour.
The scanned data is streamlined into DexoryView, an AI-powered digital twin platform that reduces errors and unlocks smarter space and resource use.
The platform gives teams access to live warehouse information so they can monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies and track inventory movement as it happens.
These solutions, developed in collaboration with our valued technology partners, enable us to deliver consistent, high performance operations that drive value, enhance efficiency, improve safety and anticipate evolving market demands.
As a digitally enabled logistics partner, Linfox continually trials, tests and invests in technology that improves accuracy, enhances safety, provides valuable insights and drives operational efficiencies for our business, customers and teams.
Our commitment to innovation extends to workforce development, ensuring we upskill our teams to adapt to new ways of working and focus on more value-add tasks so we can maximise the output of our operations.
