The Embrace Difference Diversity & Inclusion Report is a comprehensive guide to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity within the Australian drinks industry. In 2023, the Drinks Association's Embrace Difference Council made significant efforts to consolidate the annual Embrace Difference Scorecard and the Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit into one impactful document. The new, streamlined report now provides member companies with actionable insights and best practices to drive positive organisational change.
At the heart of this report lies the Drinks Association Scorecard, which leverages data submitted to Australia's Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and includes additional metrics to assess and measure various initiatives beyond gender.
Each year, the Council diligently works to enhance support for our members and increase engagement with our available resources. Within the Toolkit, you will find links to practical resources that will seamlessly integrate into your business.
