News Launching the Drinks Associations 2023 Career Development & Inclusive Leadership Program May 01, 2023 Georgia Lennon We are pleased to launch the 2023 Drinks Association Career Development & Inclusive Leadership Program. A pre-cursor program to the full 6 month Inclusive Leadership mentoring Program offered annually by the Drinks Association, this program is suitable for aspiring, emerging and current managers and leaders who would like to invest in their own career development and learn inclusive leadership capabilities. Conducted virtually, this program incorporates 4 modules of learning: - Inclusive Leadership - Agile Thinking & Communication - Signature Strengths - Leadership Purpose Participants will be provided with: • Tools to progress their careers, position their personal brand and enhance inclusive leadership acumen • Frameworks to understand their key value-based strengths, career influences, derailers and purpose • Opportunity to learn how inclusion unlocks the value of diversity and drives performance in teams • Applied tools to practice the behaviours of an inclusive style of leadership • Opportunity to learn about the impact mentoring can have on their career and how to find a suitable mentor.
