National Account Manager – Endeavour Drinks Posted 17 September, 2021 Campari Australia Pty Ltd Full Time North Sydney, NSW About the role As part of the Endeavour Drinks team, you will support the National Business Manager with Dan Murphy’s and have total responsibility for BWS. The role is responsible for the development and execution of agreed business & promotional plans in order to achieve volume, share and profit objectives, including creating, administering, and measuring promotional programs, leveraging category insights, presenting new products and brand campaigns, as well as joint business planning. Moreover, as a fully-fledged member of the National Business team you will also work with other Camparistas to be the active voice of Endeavour Drinks and support / influence across the business. About you • You have strong relationship building skills and can establish strong connections by understanding the needs and expectations of the customer. • You are informed and articulate, with superior product knowledge to comfortably move from a deep palate discussion on all areas of the categories we play in. • You have an entrepreneurial mind and you’re focused on new trends, new possibilities, and unlimited potential. • You have a high level of commercial acumen and can demonstrate the impact on sales, profit and market share of funds invested with the customer. • You can demonstrate proven ability to create new and successful consumption occasions for your customers and thrive in a strong team environment. • You are meticulous with detail and can think outside the box to solve problems • You’ve got a business degree, or similar, and you have extensive sales experience, particularly in the Retail channel. • You've been in the Liquor or FMCG industry for at least 5 years' and have had 2-3 years of experience in an Account Management role.
